The Sendoel lab studies the role of translational control in health and disease. Our lab employs a variety of in vivo techniques to investigate stem cell behavior in homeostasis, clonal expansions and tumorigenesis. We are looking for a highly motivated and independent postdoc to join an ERC-funded project aimed at advancing our single-cell ribosome profiling technologies in cancer. For further information about the lab, please visit https://www.sendoellab.org/. The Institute for Regenerative Medicine (IREM) combines cutting-edge stem cell and bioengineering research to advance regenerative therapies. Based on bio-inspired principles and novel biomimetic technologies, IREM research focuses on the replacement and/or regeneration of dysfunctional human cells, tissues or organs to restore or establish physiological functions. Thematic priorities are translational regenerative technologies, cell-based regeneration and biomimetic tissue replacement, gene and cell therapy, stem cell biology and cancer, and translational neuroregeneration.
